Confirmation of your order will always be sent to your email. However, the products you have ordered may have run out before our stock status has been updated on the site. In the case of this event, we will contact you via email. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent.Please allow up to 5 hours for the email confirmation to be sent to you before contacting us.

Next Weekday Guaranteed Delivery is £6.99
Delivered Next Day (Weekdays only) between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Orders must be placed before 3pm to receive your order the next day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm or orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Tracking numbers issued on request.
Next Day Guaranteed Before 1pm and Saturday Delivery is £7.49
Delivered Next Day (Weekdays and on Saturday) between the hours of 8am and 1pm. Orders must be placed before 3pm to receive your order the next day. Royal Mail: USA & CANADA PRIORITY is £6.99.
Faster, priority shipping is available to the USA and Canada with an average waiting time of 7-10 working days, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Tracking numbers issued on request.
European Express is £7.99.
Express Delivery is available to certain European Countries and comes with an average waiting time of 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 for delivery to take place.
International Signed For is £6.49.
This service allows you to track your parcel. Once the order has been despatched, please allow an average waiting time of:
4-8 working days to Western Europe
5-10 working days to Eastern Europe
10-14 working days for the rest of the world.
However allow up to 20 days for delivery to take place.

Available worldwide and comes with the same average waiting times as International Signed For.
How long will it take Eye2eye to process my order?
If the products you have ordered are in stock then next day and expedited orders will be despatched within 1 working day. All other orders – including international deliveries – will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Next Day deliveries placed on a Friday after 3pm and on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not reach you until the Wednesday. There are NO postal services on a Bank Holiday.
Please also note that any 'Next Weekday' deliveries placed on a Friday before 3pm will not reach you until the following Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or our suppliers.

I would like to return my order for a refund or exchange.
From the day that you receive your order from us, you have a 14 day
period to exchange or return your products. You must return the products in
their original undamaged, unmarked and unopened packaging.
Then provide us with the following: Your name, address, which product you would like to exchange it for (if you are exchanging, and not returning the product), as well as your order reference number. You can contact us as detailed above.
Cost of returning goods
Returns sent by post are at your own cost, unless:
- we sent you the wrong product, or
- the item is damaged or faulty.
How long does a refund take?
We will refund the correct amount to your purchase card as soon as possible once we have confirmed you are eligible for a refund. It can take up to 5 working days for a refund, once made by us, to appear on your statement.
My product is faulty, what can I do?
If your product is faulty, please contact us on the above details and if requested by us you may be asked to return them to us for a full refund or exchange for replacements. We want our contact lenses to arrive in perfect condition and if they don't we would like to be informed. When sending your products back to us please include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem.
